Co-generation Facility Nears Completion
Construction of the co-generation facility for the Joint Meeting of Essex and Union Counties is nearing completion. Start-up and testing of engines and generation systems by Crane will take place in early 2009.

Pelham Branch Post Office on Track to Finish Early
Construction of the Pelham Branch of the New Rochelle Post Office in New York is scheduled for early completion by February, 2009. Crane is actively involved in construction administration to ensure successful completion and occupancy of this facility.

The new one story, 7,000 square feet Post Office facility was designed to be an integral part of the Village of Pelham’s Masterplan for Revitalization. Crane Associates not only met the Village’s stringent guidelines but succeeded in making it a visual landmark, as well as meeting USPS design standards, strict budgetary constraints, and energy standards.
