| Mr. Feenstra has overall responsibility for all management decisions for the firm. Responsibilities consist of planning, scheduling and budgeting technical operations of all projects, establishing standards for designs, reports, and specifications, and coordinating quality control. Also responsible for project management, administrative and technical level decisions for the design and preparation of Contract Documents, and Construction Administration. |

| Mr. Woodson's responsibilities consist of design and development of Contract Documents for all mechanical work for new and renovation projects involving heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, plumbing systems, and fire protection from inception of the project through completion including documentation of existing conditions; schematic design; cost estimating; construction documents and details. Mr. Woodson is also responsible for the energy analysis of all mechanical systems. |
