Over the past 20 years, Crane Associates has provided architectural services for the replacement of existing window systems for several clients,, throughout the state of New Jersey, including primarily the United States Postal Service. During this time, Crane has also interacted with the Historic Preservation Office for the State of New Jersey on several occasions to comply with their requirements for rehabilitating windows in historic buildings.

in an effort to conserve energy and provide maintenance free construction, most window replacement projects have been designed with heavy commercial, thermal break, tubular aluminum windows with low-E insulated glass. For historical buildings, wood replacement windows with fine details have been utilized to match the character of the existing windows and building.

Approximately 35 individual window replacement projects have been completed during this time ranging in construction cost. The following window replacement projects are a representative sampling of projects which have been completed by key personnel at Crane Associates. The scope of included both design and construction phase services.
